Seeking Safety Online Group

This Group for Women Begins January 9th, 2023

Seeking Safety Women Group

Seeking Safety is a skills-based group open to all interested women that is offered bi-weekly on Monday’s from 6:15 p.m.–7:15 p.m. CST. Participants strengthen their spiritual, physical and emotional safety by learning science-based techniques such as boundary setting in relationships, asking for help, taking back your power, coping with triggers, and creating meaning and purpose.

Participants will gain:

The ability to identify triggers to emotional responses and build and strengthen a toolbelt of coping strategies to effectively manage challenging symptoms and experiences.

  • Recognize how the past has shaped the present and learn techniques to influence these perceptions and create new, more positive & empowering narratives.
  • Gain multiple self-care skills used to keep and maintain safety of self and safety in relationships.
  • Achieve a sense of connection and belonging amongst other like minded women.

Fee: $50 per group session, paid prior to each session.
